30-Day Risk-Free Returns
We stand behind the quality of Fitvect products. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be in the same condition that you received it—clean, undamaged, and securely packed in its original packaging (including all accessories, power cords, and manuals). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@fitvect.com. Please note: Do not send items back to the origin address on the shipping package. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct local return facility address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Are Sale Items Returnable? (Exceptions)
Absolutely YES! We want you to shop with 100% confidence. Items purchased during our seasonal promotions (such as our Spring Sale) or using discount codes are completely eligible for our standard 30-Day Return Policy.
The only items that cannot be returned are Gift Cards or items explicitly marked as "Final Clearance" on the product page. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Statutory Cooling-Off Rights & Our 30-Day Promise
While consumer protection laws in the EU and the UK typically grant a 14-day right to cancel or return an order without justification, FitVect confidently extends this to a full 30-day window for all our customers (including those in Switzerland and the UK). The same eligibility requirements apply: your item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
